I was born and raised in Tokyo until I was 18 and moved to United States for college. Inschool, I have worked as a teacher's assistant in Japanese literature classes.
I have been working in the entertainment industry as a producer and a professional English to Japanese translator for over 10 years. I also have experience tutoring Japanese for over 8 years. I absolutely love teaching the language and the Japanese culture around the world.
PRIVATE LESSONS
There are 2 types of lessons I offer

Speaking / conversation partner/ accent reduction (Only suitable for students who know basic Japanese and want to practice speaking with a native speaker)

Customized private Japanese lesson (All levels)
My lessons include but not limited to:

Reading & writing hiragana, katakana and kanji

Speaking & listening (casual - business)

Help with Japanese courses and exams

Learning about cultural / business etiquette in Japan (Negotiation, client care & social meals & drinks)

Composing emails in Japanese

Getting familiar with Japanese food, currency and social nuances.
Lessons are currently done on Skype.
